I was first published by my college newspaper, The Muse. As library assistant for Memorial University, QE II Library I wrote book reviews for Library Journal, a very well-respected US publication that major authors vie for review in. My job involved the technical processing of 7,500 magazine subscriptions and I proofread over 500 theses for National Library of Canada. The constant demand for my writing skill whenever the library needed it convinced me to seek a career as a writer.
I took Langara College's Marketing and Sales diploma program in 97-98 and began accepting clients for copywriting before I was even finished. I read, and still read everything I can find on the copywriting craft and have built a body of work and a reputation for being better than anyone faster, and faster that anyone better in my area.
